Cody is such an amazing realtor and person. We were referred to her on our last home and she took amazing care of us. She went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. We are very picky and she nailed it. She still continues to check on us and celebrate our house milestones.

We were introduced to Cody by a realtor we knew in Henderson, Nevada. Cody immediately went to work trying to determine what our home needs were and what areas of town we were trying to reside. I don't know how many properties Cody must have gone to on her own to live stream for us while we were still in Nevada. She worked so hard to try to find us the best home at the best price. She wasn't bothered in the least when we kept turning homes down, instead, it seemed to motivate her more to find the right home for us.
Cody continues to keep in contact with us since our home purchase. I anticipate finding another home in the future with Cody's help! She is great and a really wonderful person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Cody helped me find my home almost 10 years ago. I feel like I was a horrible client but she never gave up on me and actually found me a great deal and I am forever grateful. She reaches out to check on me to see if I need anything. I always get a Thanksgiving pie and have won a couple raffles with Coldwell Banker. My experience has always been positive. If I could give Cody more stars I would. It’s nice already knowing who your realtor will be if needed because I will go no where else.
